The public proclamation decrees how ulcers of the tongue in cows have to be diagnosed and treated. The spread has to be prevented by using separate drinking vessels for the infected animals. The ulcerous areas, after having rinsed the mouth of the patient with diluted vinegar, must be treated four times within 24 hours with rosewater-infused honey with some adstringents added. - A very ell preserved and decorative proclamation.
