The authoress, a graduate of the National Normal University, Peking, has been an official in the Chinese National Governments Department of Education' (Bruce Lannes Smith and Harold D. Lasswell, Propaganda, Communication and Public Opinion, p. 1469). Lin Shu-Shen has worked with Chinese, French and English source material.
