Original hotel luggage label, c.1924. 85 x 130 mm. The hotel opened in the early twentieth Century in the centre of the town and soon attracted those seeking Winter Sports and luxury. Chamonix in the French Alps, just north of Mont-Blanc is one of the oldest ski resorts in France.
