Original hotel luggage label, c.1913. 95 x 140 mm.
The hotel opened in 1913 at 37 Promenade des Anglais. During the first World War the hotel was converted to a hospital. During the 1920's the hotel soon drew the attention of the international jet set including royalty and politicians.
In 2003 the hotel was listed by the government of France as a national historic building.
