The Hotel Belles Rives is a legendary five star art deco palace in Juan-Les-Pins, famous for being the former home of F. Scott Fitzgerald, who wrote "Tender is the Night" there.
Originally built as the Villa Saint-Louis in the 1920's it was the first hotel on the French Riviera to be located on the waters edge. The hotel opened in 1930 and has remained in the Chauvin-Estene family for four generations.
The hotel is listed as a twentieth Century heritage site.
