First edition of this photobook documenting Meadows’ Free Photographic Omnibus, his 1974 tour of England.
On 22 September 1973, the twenty-one year old Daniel Meadows set off on a long-planned adventure. Over the next fourteen months, travelling alone, Meadows crisscrossed the country covering 10,000 miles in a double-decker bus, photographing nearly one thousand people. He developed and printed the photographs as he travelled, giving them away for free to those who posed for him.
