8vo., original dark red cloth with an intricate design printed in blue, green and yellow on the upper board and the spine, letters blocked in dark brown on the spine; 70 colour-plate illustrations, captioned on the tissue guards, pull-out map at the end of the volume; the spine is somewhat sunned and the boards are marked and rubbed with scrathes on the lower panel, otherwise very good and internally fresh.
