This edition marks the second contribution from Allen Ginsberg. It also features work by Leroi Jones as well as the now prolific Frank O'Hara, 'Un Chant d'amour' and 'In the Movies'. In addition, of its many influential delegates, Diane Di Prima has two poems published, 'An Anniversary Poem for Alan' and 'Take 3/16/61'. She would later become a crucial member of The Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics at the Naropa Institute founded by Allen Ginsberg.
Fuck You Magazine ran for thirteen issues between 1962 and 1965. It is considered a true catalyst in bringing together the most prominent personalities in the counterculture movement as well as serving as one of the major connections between the end of the Beat movement and the beginning of the free speech and anti-war movement characterised by the Yippies.
