First edition. The Neve brothers - Ernest and Arthur - had been appointed directors of the Medical Mission in Srinagar in 1886. During their time at the mission (Arthur died there in 1919), they climbed and travelled extensively in Kashmir, Baltistan and Ladakh. The present volume includes an account of the ascent of the highest of the Kolahoi peaks in 1911 with Kenneth Mason.
