The pivotol Children's book The Wind In The Willows was first published in 1908 and was expanded from stories Grahame told his son. It concerns the story of Mole, Ratty, and Badger as they come to the aid of Mr. Toad when his addiction to motorcars causes havoc. Can they protect Toad Hall from the seige of the Weasels and the Stoats?
This 1927 edition features illustration by Wyndham Payne and is well known for its use of a distinctive colour of yellow.
