Shipping

During the covid-19 emergency, the exceptionally high number of web orders we are receiving means that deliveries are taking longer than usual. Nevertheless we will get your order to you and will endeavour to do so within two weeks.

Post Brexit shipping:

 

Orders for international delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

The customer is responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 

We now offer free shipping within the UK for orders over £60, and for any orders of over £500 total value. UK orders under £60 total will be charged £8 towards shipping costs.

£20 for shipping within Europe (if under £500 value)

£30 to the rest of the World (if under £500 value)

There  may be additional charges for particularly heavy items (5 kg and over) in which case we'll contact you with options.

We use couriers with (normally) 1-2 day delivery times; if you would like to use an alternative service for any reason, please contact us.
