11-169, [vii]; with title border in green; near-fine, lightly creased and rubbed along the spine with a couple of light marks to edges of text block; pencil markings to ffep; priced NF:15 with Olympia Press overlaid price sticker of 9 Francs (now loose beneath wrapper); the
dustwrapper with some creases, scratches and dirt marks, compressed at spine; still very good.

First edition. No. 83 in the Traveller’s Companion Series, printed in July 1960 by Impr. Georges Frère, Tourcoing.

O’Connor’s third published novel, and a series of erotic tales set in London. Of O’Connor, the British literary critic Cyril Connolly wrote: “he bears all the stigmata of the modern rebel.”
