4to.; publisher's cream hessian backed photographic pictorial boards with metal spiral binding; pp. 93; with a total of 76 striking and beautiful winter Leica photographs by Wolff printed in a range of tints; externally near fine, with one tiny spot to upper board (6mm) and fraying to cloth at head of spine, internally very clean throughout with a closed, and unotrusive, 7cm lateral tear to one leaf (p. 31/32), now expertly repaired and only really visible on the reverse side; scarce.
First edition in English, with an introductory text in English by Burgh Ardvon Reznicek and Photo-Technical Text, in German, by Wolff, to the rear of the book.
