Special limited edition of 1200 "presented by Mr. George Alexander as a souvenir of his twentieth year of management of the St. James's Theatre February 1st 1010". George Alexander was the theatrical impresario who produced and played a starring role in the first West End production of Wilde's most famous play and revived it in 1910 to mark his anniversary. The dustwrapper is extremely scarce and has preserved the book in a lovely condition.
