Oblong 4to album of cloth-backed patterned boards with 32 commercial and captioned photographs and 61 privately taken snapshots (57 x 82 mm) mounted on card; wear to binding, photos in good condition.
In the summer of 1938 a group of British tourists travelled on Canadian Pacific S.S. Montrose to Norway, visiting Hammerfest, the North Cape, where they encountered Laplanders, moved on to the Svartisen Glacier, Trondheim, Lerfoss and Merok waterfalls, before ending the journey in Bergen.
