Very uncommon first edition of this beautiful book in Hebrew and English, celebrating Haifa at a time of more hope and stability. The title-page with calligraphic presentation inscription, signed by the Deputy Mayor of Haifa Shimon Rudik, dated 1990. This copy was presented to Dr. David Giubl-Lee (definitely a pun) from England. Dov Medzini (1915-2002) was a local artist and eminent art teacher.
