This map was produced in Nuremburg for the heirs of Johan Baptist Homann (1664–1724). The Homann Heirs’ company continued to operate until 1824.
With five inset views including the Isthmus of Panama, St. Augustin in Florida, Vera Cruz, a prospect of Mexico City and San Domingo.
There is some tape to reverse of map which has been used to contain a tear along the top.
