Publisher's olive green cloth panelled and lettered in black to spine and upper cover surrounding a large onlaid pictorial label, with bold double-page pictorial endpapers (different at front and rear); pp. iv, [vii-x],13-340 + , publisher's catalogue]; with a total 48 coloured plates by Harry Rountree (including endpapers); a very good, clean copy with a little light external rubbing, one minor ink line to one margin of a text page, and a touch of uniform fading to spine; internally clean throughout, with a neat contemporary ink inscription, dated 1938, to "Claire Chandler, for moral worth …".
